Covid Statement

At Shiannails we want to assure our clients that we are taking all precautions necessary to keep clients and staff safe and well during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This means, all staff will be wearing PPE including gloves, aprons, masks and/or visors. All equipment and workstations are fully sanitized and sterilised after each client.

Social distancing measures are being observed by staff and clients. Hand sanitising is available at the entry and exit of the salon, as well as being made available at all workstations.

By law all clients entering the salon are required to wear a mask at all times unless they are medically exempt. If you do not have one, one can provide a mask for a charge of £1.

Any persons experiencing COVID 19 symptoms are please asked to stay at home and seek medical advice. Please DO NOT attend your appointment.

During the pandemic we politely ask that clients attend their appointment alone unless they require a carer for themselves. This is to promote COVID safety and social distancing.

Running Late:

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time so that you can check-in and pick your colours and nail art designs. If you are running late, please do let us know either by email or by telephone so we can amend the booking time.

Payments:

We accept cash payments and all debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Bookings:

Please note all bookings, cancellations and amendments can be made via our website in your online account. If you have any questions about this, please drop us a message and we would be happy to assist.

Food and drinks:

We have a range of teas, coffees and soft drinks available to clients on request. Unfortunately, we ask that clients do not consume any food in the salon.

Children:

Children are allowed in salon, but we please ask that they are kept a close eye on whist treatments take place.

Any children under the age of 12 who are receiving a treatment will need to have completed a parental consent form from their parent/guardian prior to the booking commencement. Failure to do so will result in the cancelation of the treatment and full fees occurred.

Pets:

Clients are permitted to bring a well-behaved small dog into the salon.  We please request that the dog is kept on a close lead to you at all times or in a bag whist the treatments take place as not to disturb others.

Service animals are always welcome.
